Dr. Adrian Siew Ming Saurajen is a Consultant Ear, Nose and Throat Surgeon and the Clinical Director of the Ear Nose Throat and Snoring Centre located at Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre. He has also trained and worked in Australia, United Kingdom and the United States and is registered to practise in Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom.

He is a graduate of the University of Sydney Medical School and a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (International Fellow) and the Academy of Medicine of Singapore. Dr. Saurajen obtained a Masters of Medicine (Sleep Medicine) from the University of Sydney and is a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, Australasian Sleep Association, American Rhinologic Society, Singapore Sleep Society and the Singapore Society of Otolaryngology. He also obtained a Fellowship in Sleep Medicine and Surgery at the Medical College Wisconsin in Milwaukee, USA.

Apart from general ENT, Dr. Saurajen has a busy pediatric and allergy/rhinology practice.  He performs the microdebrider assisted shaving tonsillectomy for children. This is considerably less painful and less morbid than the traditional tonsillectomy. He also performs complex snoring operations and was the first surgeon in Singapore to perform the Palatal advancement pharyngoplasty, the repose suture advancement and the ultrasound guided tongue reduction surgery. He was also the first surgeon in Singapore to do the coblation-assisted pharyngoplasty, tonsillotomy and also coblation-assisted tongue base reduction under local anaesthesia.
